Anderson & Dahlen is a full service food process systems and equipment manufacturer that provides process engineering, equipment design and fabrication as well as distributed products and installation services. Our experience in both liquid and dry materials processing give us a unique ability to provide equipment and systems solutions across your entire process.

Our packaged liquid process systems combine multiples pieces of equipment into a compact efficient package complete with interconnecting piping and wiring. These modular designed systems include the process, utility and CIP piping preassembled. The valves and instrumentation are all mounted, wired and tested prior to shipment. These drop in place systems result in dramatically reduced installation and startup time. The control package can be fully programmed and tested prior to shipment.

Anderson Dahlen is an authorized integrator for Pursuit Dynamics and is able to offer process systems utilizing the revolutionary PDX Sonic technology. The PDX Sonic offers significantly reduced processing times and dramatically cuts clean in place requirements without compromising on quality or flavor. It is a revolutionary fluid processing solution that can homogenize, emulsify, entrain, pump and heat with impressive performance

Our machine design team specializes in designing specialty processing equipment to solve problems when there is no “off the shelf “ solution. Past projects have included specialty conveying systems, extrusion and portioning systems, custom mixing and blending equipment and custom heat transfer equipment.

Our 84,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is based in Ramsey, Minnesota. We have everything under one roof; a fully staffed engineering department, laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication, a state of the art machine shop with a full range of operations, and a welding and assembly area. This allows us to provide the best deliveries times in the industry. We continue to invest in the latest manufacturing technology, from state of the art machine tools, training of personnel, to the latest engineering and manufacturing software.
