Liquid flows with fiber contents ranging from 0.3 - 4.0% solids can be thickened to a range of 6% - 14% solids. The filtrate liquid is remarkably clear, having been filtered to a range of 20 - 200 microns (0.001 - 0.008"). This fine filtration is accomplished at unusually high flow rates.
