Product Name:   Airlock (Aerolock) Rotary Valves

Designed for normal to heavy industrial service, the Heavy-Duty Aerolock will perform at up to 15 PSI pressure differential. The round or square inlet/outlet configurations allow maximum product flow while maintaining an optimum air seal.

Applications in the milling and baking industry incorporate the Heavy-Duty Aerolock in Standard 6 configuration. Standard 6 Aerolocks include flat-tip rotors and lip seals, which are the standard in much of the industry.

Applications in the food industry incorporate the Heavy-Duty Aerolock in Standard 2 configuration, available in numerous variations including stainless steel. Its relieved rotor tips work best for materials like sugar which tend to build up.

Other Aerolock models include: Maximum-Duty (MD), Quick-Clean (QC), Blow-Through (BT), and Light-Duty (LD).
