The GEM Difference - The GEM System dissolves air into 100% of the waste stream using patented LSGM (liquid solid gas mixing) heads which control air pressure and chemical release. Entraining air into the forming floc allows the GEM System to produce drier solids, yield better contaminant removal rates and utilize a smaller tank.

Chemical Efficiency - The LSGM heads can be fine-tuned to adjust chemical mixing energy using centrifugal and biaxial forces to uncoil the polymers opening more charge sites to capture waste particles.

Extraordinary Contaminant Removal Rates - Through more effective flotation, the GEM system significantly reduces BOD/COD, TSS and FOG from process wastewaters. By testing DAF effluent from many sites, the GEM System repeatedly demonstrates up to 95% further contaminant removal.

No Carry Over - Flotation redundancy at the tank surface allows clean water to drain from the floating particles to the tank bottom which eliminates carry-over, results in less fowling and helps to extend further treatment systems.

Small Footprint - At a fraction of the size of traditional gravity separation technologies, the GEM System fits easily into facilities with space limitations.
